The Lore of Aventurine
A translucent to opaque variety of
microcrystalline quartz, aventurine has small inclusions of shiny
minerals. This is what gives the stone a sparkling effect known as
aventurescence.
Considered a talisman, aventurine is popular with gamblers, reputed to bring them luck.

These earrings are designed using embroidery techniques, fastening the tiny seed beads around the center aventurine stone. Three pearls in colors to match the seed beads, are set asymetrically, highlight the beautiful green color of the stone.
